Returns & Refund Policy

Please read carefully before submitting a return;

Please ensure that you have read the user manual carefully on your purchase and troubleshooted any issues. Examples: Five clicks of the on/off button should turn on your device. Please ensure batteries are installed and orientated correctly. If you would like to discuss the problem directly, please don’t hesitate to contact us on; 03 9994 7158. Alternately, send us a message through the ‘contact’ section of our website or message us directly at or and we’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

If the product is deemed full functional the customer will be charged for the return postage costs on top of any costs already incurred.

Please return the defective part(s) only. Do not return any parts that are in full working order. This includes tanks and batteries, please take the time to remove these items.

Any products that have been purchased by mistake and would like to be returned for a refund will incur a standard 20% restocking fee. Please be advised that these products must be unopened and undamaged in order to be eligible.

If you have received the wrong item, upon proof of our mistake, we will send you the correct item(s) and provide a pre-paid satchel/parcel to return the incorrect item(s). We apologise for any inconvenience.  

Non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable products;


Coils, Pods cartridges, Batteries, Clearomisers/Drip tips, Tanks, Atomisers, Drip tips, Wire & Cotton.

We have a strict policy due to health regulations by the ACCC, who consider the (above) products as consumables and therefore cannot be retuned under any circumstance.

Please note; the exception to this would be any of the aforementioned products which are supplied with a hygiene seal. If this seal is unbroken / untampered with, the product falls under our standard return policy. The exception to this policy is E-liquids; this is due to the fact that some E-liquids can be opened without breaking the seal.

Tanks; Tanks can leak despite the best of efforts. Please do a Google/Youtube search to find some of the cleaver ways to reduce/minimise/prevent this issue.
